pysepal.logger.logger#

Logging configuration for pysepal.

setup_logging applies a TOML config through logging.config.dictConfig and falls back to a NullHandler when the file is absent. At import it looks for logging_config.toml beside the installed package, which in an editable checkout is the repository root; logging_config.example.toml there is a starting point.

dictConfig reconfigures logging for the whole process, so a config that sets propagate = false detaches sepalui from whatever the host application – or pytest’s caplog – attached to the root logger.
